Can I stay at The Westin? Is there a discount on hotel rooms?

Yes! The Westin Seattle has a block of discounted rooms set aside for guests the night of the event.  To book a room, use the link: Group Rate for Cancer Pathways 2023

What's included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes the evening's signature cocktail or mocktail, dinner with wine, dessert, celebratory champagne, and access to the fashion show & live auction.

What's the schedule for the evening? 

The evening starts at 5 PM with check-in & cocktail hour.  Doors open for dinner at 6 PM.  The fashion show & auction begin at 7 PM.  Afterwards, at 9 PM, there is a champagne reception to congratulate and celebrate the models.  

I can't attend; what can I do to help?

We will miss you!  But you can still support our models and community by gifting a table for a model's family and friends, donating or purchasing an item in our online auction, or making a donation to Cancer Pathways.

How do I participate in the online auction?

The auction page will go from Monday, October 16 at 9:00am until Sunday, October 22 at 12:00pm. A link will be shared closer to the date.

What's for dinner?

Guests have the choice of two entrees: 

• Oregon rouge gratin beef filet 
• Vegan bulgogi-glazed king oyster mushroom with a jasmine rice cake.

All meals include salad and dessert.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

There is room to any specify dietary restrictions when you register.  Both the vegan dinner option and the beef dinner option are gluten free and nut free.  The preset salad is also vegan and gluten free.     

Where do I park?

The Westin offers $28 discounted valet parking and $28 on-site garage parking for the event - just mention you're attending Cancer Pathways' Surviving with Style. There are additional parking options nearby as well:

• The Westin Building Exchange has $10 parking.  The entrance is on Fifth Avenue, just north of The Westin.  It is not part of The Westin property, but has a walking bridge connecting the parking garage with the 2nd floor of the hotel.  
• Free weekend parking is available near Amazon (2021 Six Ave, Seattle) located a couple of blocks from The Westin.  

How long is the event?

Registration begins at 5:00 pm and the event will end around 9:00 pm. We encourage all guests to stay for the champagne reception afterwards to meet the models and their families.  

How much of my ticket goes to support Cancer Pathways?

$160 of your ticket covers the amount Cancer Pathways pays for your meal & attendance at the event.  $90 of your ticket goes directly to Cancer Pathways' free cancer support programs. 

Is my ticket tax deductible? 

Yes. $90 of your ticket is tax deductible.
